Our lower base rate is designed for 1 guest, keeping solo stays affordable, while additional guest pricing keeps rates fair for everyone. Please enter the correct number of guests when booking so pricing adjusts accurately. This allows us to properly prepare the apartment for your stay, including: • The correct beds made up • Adequate linen and towels • Sufficient consumables (toiletries, coffee, etc.) Due to high demand and premium bookings, this property operates under a strict cancellation policy. ** Important Note ** - This Airbnb is equipped with a Minut crowd detection device which is monitored by Airbnb to protect our property from parties or incorrect guest bookings. This device is completely approved and backed by Airbnb, it does not do any visual or audio recording. This is a privately owned apartment located within the Meriton residential tower (not the hotel). As the apartment sits on the residential side of the building, hotel services such as daily housekeeping are not provided during your stay. Fresh linen and towels are supplied on arrival, along with a starter supply of kitchen, laundry, and bathroom essentials. Any additional items required beyond the initial supply are the responsibility of the guest. For privacy and building security, guests may only access the apartment and shared residential facilities. Entry into other apartments, storage areas, or maintenance rooms is strictly prohibited. Guest Access Guests have access to Meriton’s residential resort-style amenities, including: • Indoor pool – Level 33 • Outdoor pool – Level 5 • Sauna and spa – Level 33 • Fully equipped gym – Level 33 • Secure parking (subject to availability) All facility access is not guaranteed due to maintenance or other issues conducted by the building management.
