The apartment is renovated, but the building itself is getting better every year. Please Note Being located in Surfers Paradise, and within an older-style apartment building, it’s not uncommon for the occasional cockroach to appear. This is a normal part of coastal, high-density living in the area and not a reflection of the apartment’s cleanliness. To help minimise this, we recommend keeping balcony doors closed when not in use, avoiding leaving food or rubbish out, and making use of the complimentary surface spray provided in the cupboard if needed. The property is regularly maintained, and if anything does come up during your stay, we’re always happy to assist promptly. you can walk to anything on cavil avenue, tram stop is only a 3 minute walk and the tram goes north to broadbeach for pacific fair shopping centre (largest in queensland) or south to helensvale which has train access to brisbane.
