Our lower base rate is designed for 1 guest, keeping solo stays affordable, while additional guest pricing keeps rates fair for everyone. Please enter the correct number of guests when booking so pricing adjusts accurately. This allows us to properly prepare the apartment for your stay, including: • The correct beds made up • Adequate linen and towels • Sufficient consumables (toiletries, coffee, etc.) **Due to high demand and premium bookings, this property operates under a strict cancellation policy.** The building was built in the 1980s & is constantly being upgraded. The apartment is renovated, but the building itself is getting better every year. Don’t expect perfection there will be grunts creeks and road noise due to the age of the building we do our best to maintain the property to the best standard we can. Rest assured we will be there to answer any questions or resolve issues where we can! ATTENTION - This Airbnb is equipped with a Minut crowd detection device which is monitored by Airbnb to protect our property from parties or incorrect guest bookings. This device is completely approved and backed by Airbnb, it does not do any visual or audio recording. ** Pet Policy ** We welcome well-behaved pets to our Airbnb! To protect cleanliness and furniture sustainability, follow these rules. By booking, you agree violations may lead to fees or eviction. Pet Allowance • Up to 1 small/medium dogs or cats (20kg each). • Must be house-trained, vaccinated, and approved in advance (message us). • Service animals always welcome (no fee). Rules • Never leave pets unattended. • Keep off all furniture (beds, sofas) • Clean up hair, waste, and messes immediately. • Control noise and behavior; report damages ASAP. Fees • $250 non-refundable pet fee paid directly into the price • if found in violation of these terms, they will be an additional $200 fee UPDATE 12/2/26 : Currently one of our 3 elevators is being replaced please bare with us during this time once finished wait times will be reduced.
